Throughout my life I’ve always gravitated toward vegetarian offerings. Since being introduced to tempeh in 2010, I’ve been inspired to create and try new recipes!

During the week I try to cook a no-hassle meal that is simplistic such as using the slow cooker or using minimal ingredients. However, cooking on the weekends is a whole other story, that’s when I really like to experiment and create new recipes.
I don’t really have a favorite cookbook per se, I like to search for recipes online that incorporate in-season vegetables and from there put my personal spin on it.
I used to hate Brussels sprouts growing up and now I can’t get enough of them!
