Led by Joy, we are a group of early adopters who picked up blocks of Tempeh a decade or two ago (you get the drift) and went to work with experimenting.

Joy talked us into collaborating on Tempeh recipes that are quick and easy — we promise! We come from all walks of life and ages and are proud to share our recipes and experiences with you.

THE MALE EXCEPTION AND THE VISION BEHIND THE LENS: FRANCO LANZI

Franco was born in Milan, Italy. At 14 years of age, he bought his first camera with some poker winnings and determined his calling in life. Franco worked at Italian Vogue for 12 years before moving across the ocean. His US career marries two of his greatest passions: people and food.

We are so thrilled to have his curious mind pushing the boundaries of the expected in food photography today.
